Apartment Four

This two bedroom apartment has private access directly from the apartment's own underground garaging and is suitable for four guests. From the garage via the stone staircase, access is afforded onto the magnificent West facing ocean view deck with its sun shaded areas, outside dining, entertaining space and feature swimming and tanning pools. The large sundeck area with glass balustrade offers outside space to relax, sit back, and soak up the sun and watching the sun set over the distant hills.

Apartment Three

Apartment Three is a large well-appointed upper ground floor double bedroom, two and a half bathroom single level apartment offering spacious modern Europe styled open plan living.


The accommodation is fully air conditioned and incorporates a high efficiency energy recovery ventilation system, integrated low energy lighting and high levels of both thermal and acoustic insulation to afford maximum comfort levels and low running costs.

From the living space, bi-folding double-glazed doors open out onto the deck and 6 x 3 x 1.4 mtr swimming pool which is very sunny and West facing with uninterrupted ocean views across Falmouth bay to the hills beyond. The accommodation is fully tiled internally with travertine effect ceramic tiles and is designed in the latest of European style, consisting of one good sized double bedroom, large wet room bathroom, open plan kitchen and living space.

 

The externally accessed utility room has fitted wall and floor storage cupboards and a Bosch washing machine.
