Penthouse Apartment Two

 

Apartment two comfortably accommodates 4 guests and is located to the 2nd level of southern end of the main building and accessed via the main staircase from the garage and parking. With both uninterrupted ocean and hillside views this apartment is light, bright, private, and spacious.

 

There are two double bedrooms, one with a queen (1.5mtr) bed and one with either a king (2.0mtr) double or twin (1.0mtr) beds. Both of the ensuite bathrooms incorporate European high quality fixtures and fittings.

European in style with an open plan living area and contemporary chef’s kitchen, which is fully fitted with Bosch appliances, the kitchen offers ocean views from every window and its south facing veranda.

 

A large covered external dining / relaxation area with gas BBQ station is accessed from the living area, where a spacious South facing private terrace awaits which, with its shaded pergola, is ideal for exterior dining and relaxing in complete privacy.
